ANIMA MUNDI is a group exhibition by Elena S.V. Palomo, Heli Juuti, and Lasse PietilΓ€inen, exploring the deep spiritual connection to nature in ancient Finnish mythology and paganism. This connection, once central to ancient beliefs and rituals, has been gradually obscured over time. Through ceramic and wooden sculptures, alongside an immersive sound installation, the artists delve into the mystique of sacred natural sites, inviting viewers to rediscover the lost sanctity of the natural world.

For 10 days, Galleria Loisti will be transformed into a mystical space where an enchanting soundscape and carefully curated earthy scents envelop a collection of handcrafted sculptures inspired by sacred groves, springs and glacial erratics in ancient mythology. The exhibition offers a multi-sensory experience, allowing visitors to step away from the bustle of daily life and become immersed in the reflective atmosphere of the gallery.
