Welcome to visit MämmiCafe during the Easter weekend. It is open klo. 11-16 on 05.04 and 06.04.

‘’Mämmi is the most fascinating food of the Finnish cuisine. It uncovers its genius slowly; savouring of every bite takes you closer to the understanding.’’

Serving homemade imelletty mämmi, as well as gluten free one, together with few different toppings. Festive ice-creams and some drinks are on the menu, too. Full list will be published closer to the event.

On Monday evening there’s an album release party for Gen.Untitled Records’ first release that came out on November 7, 2025 — Esa Kaari ‘’And when Swedish House Mafia sold out Madison Square Garden in 9 minutes, it appeared to be a triumph for humanity’’. Cafe will be running throughout the event, too. During the evening we will listen to the whole album and you can also purchase homemade CDs then. The story tells that mämmi and this album are of the same kind in spirit and in the ways of making.

Last, but not least, all the proceeds from the event go to the organiser’s Maahanmuuttovirasto’s application fees.
