Systemic change consists of objects that move in the grey area between artwork, furniture, experience and consumer goods. The video continues the exhibition into the outside world.
Systemic change refers to the simultaneous reform of operational models, structures and their interactions, which are used to create the prerequisites for future welfare and sustainable development.
[The exhibition] has spaces suitable for different interaction situations, open space, quiet zones and spaces for concentration, as well as retreat spaces for, for example, phone calls and remote meetings.
Antti Turkko works with sculpture, architecture and installation in various spaces and situations. Turkko’s works have been exhibited in solo exhibitions, for example in SIC and HAM galleries, as well as in group exhibitions in Finland, France and Lithuania. He has also created collaborative works combining visual and performance art and has been active in the artist-run Titanik gallery in Turku.
The exhibition has been kindly supported by the Finnish Cultural Foundation and Greta och Alfred Runebergs Stiftelse. The artist’s work has been supported by the Kone Foundation.
