What are the things you need to take into account when planning an exhibition of printed fabrics? How can printed fabrics be considered art? How were the featured fabrics selected? Curator Aura Vilkuna from EMMA will talk about the background and planning of the Draped – Art of Printed Fabrics exhibition. There will be time for audience questions. In Finnish.

The exhibition features printed fabrics by 31 artists. Since the 1930s, numerous outstanding artists have worked in print fabric design. The Draped exhibition approaches their creations from the perspective of fine art.

Included in the museum entrance fee (20/10€, free entry for under 18-year-olds). Free entry for students.
