TThe 29th text of the Eurantie Window Publication is now out. It is written by Denise Ziegler and designed by Lauri Toikka. The text is on view from 8 May to 4 June, 2025.

Denise Ziegler is a visual artist and researcher of public space, currently working as a university lecturer at Aalto University. Ziegler extendeds her studio to public space in order to work with its mechanisms and possibilities. Her practice includes assemblages of objects, sculpture, intervention, drawing, painting, video, literary-visual works and writing. She describes the window text as an “epigram poem dedicated to my former self.” @denise.ziegler.18

Lauri Toikka is a type designer and graphic designer at the @schicktoikka type design studio. In this work, Toikka exceptionally used a typeface that he had not designed himself. The chosen font is Arial Narrow Regular, a cut of the Arial type family (Robin Nicholas and Patricia Saunders). Denise’s text has been mirrored, leaving it ambiguous as to which side of the screen it should be read from. @lauritoikka
