Kaisa Huotari: Response
The exhibition consists of paintings and structural installations that depict individual everyday moments and marvel at the imperceptible gestures and phenomena of life. It is finding light from darkness, beauty from the midst of chaos, from brokenness, from unfinished. Brush strokes are molded into matter and various networks. The surface is bent, separated, broken and divided. Things are seen in double, slightly different and transformed. The image is heard as an echo.
