2.9.–27.9.2026, Galleria G

My current exhibition Views of the lake and other paintings consists of small oil paintings completed 2025-26.

The landscapes pictured in these paintings can be found outside my studio, and the nearby lake runs, in some way or another, like a blue thread through the works.

In addition to the landscapes, small creatures appears, and they all, to the best of their ability, take part in the incidents of the paintings.

In the exhibited pictures one moves along edges, borders and lines, and apparently the artist has also been interested in points of transition; winter gives way to spring, dusk turns into night, and the new moon appears, once again, in the evening sky.
