4–7 PM, 3rd floor

Braids are everywhere, and now you can try the fun technique of making them using the fingerloop method. The only tools needed are your own fingers and yarn. There are endless style options to choose from.

The craft encounter is led by a craft enthusiast and ethnologist Ilta Hämäri.

Meet the artist: Olof Marsja

5–6.30 PM, 3rd floor

Marsja was born in Gällivare in northern Sweden, and his works contain references both to popular culture and myth as well as duodji, Sámi handicrafts. His three sculptures exhibited in Feels Like Home exhibition combine natural and industrial materials, from wood and reindeer hide to ratchet straps and steel chains. The figures assume the role of pathfinders or protectors.
