Kristina Laine and Albert Laine’s Memories in the Clouds is exhibited in Oodi’s Kuutio space on June 15, 2026- 2.8.2026. The glass walls of Kuutio expand the experimental film to surround the viewers. Memories in the Clouds visualizes Kristina (Žičkutė) Laine’s childhood memories in the Soviet occupied Lithuania. The film brings forth Kristina’s worldview as a child, during the vast socio-political changes of the collapsing Soviet Union. Thoughts blend with moods in a painterly experimental film, written in a structured form of a poetic narration.
Kuutio is located on the second floor of Oodi.
