Asko Keränen & Antero Priha released their first album, Underground Jazz Festival Orchestra, in 2019. On their latest album, Harvester (2022), Keränen’s groovebox and Priha’s trumpet create a playful tapestry of sounds with reciprocal abandon. Effortlessly weaving together disparate threads of jazz, electronic pop and ambient, they ingeniously avoid sounding like a mash-up of existing genres.

Rock musician, bassist Asko Keränen is a founding member of 22-Pistepirkko, the internationally famed Finnish cult band established in 1980. After a long break, the band released a new album in October 2022.

Trumpetist and composer Antero Priha began his career in the 1980s. He has performed and recorded with many Finnish and international artists, worked as a soloist, and has composed and arranged music in multiple genres.
