Ville Räty’s second exhibition at Gallery Halmetoja is a new kind of painterly entity. The contrast is created by the almost monochromatic colour surfaces and the detailed painting traces superimposed on them. Alongside apocalyptic landscapes, Räty explores identity and the theme of growing up.
