Glass artists Alma Jantunen and Johannes Rantasalo, both of whom are featured at the Collection Kakkonen exhibition, will talk about their work and use prototypes to illustrate the process. The audience is invited to examine and handle the materials while the artists answer questions. The event is moderated by Sanna Rintalaulaulaja, chief guide at EMMA. The language of the event is Finnish.
The exhibition is a unique chance to learn about rare gems of applied art, classic and rare design objects, as well as artworks that push the boundaries of design.
Included in the museum entrance fee (20/10€, free entry for under 18-year-olds).
