To celebrate the opening of the Karin Hellman and Arte Povera exhibitions, we are hosting a discussion on themes that connect the two shows. The experts discussing art materials and their meanings are Leontine Coelewij, curator at the Stedelijk Museum, and Riikka Niemelä, researcher of contemporary art at the University of Turku. The talk will be moderated by Pilvi Kalhama, director of EMMA.
Time will be set aside for questions from the audience.
The discussion will be in English. There is an induction loop in the space. Free entry.
